Located in the Southwestern area of Dallas, Oak Cliff has a culture, atmosphere & vibe all of it’s own. It’s friendly, close knit, walkable, bike friendly, funky & fun. Art and culture are apparant.
I became fascinated with Oak Cliff when I met a couple who are trying to sell their home in the area, they have to move because of a job, but they are sad to leave the neighborhood, and often talk about the joys of living there.
Here is the cute house they have for salke there 634 Tenna Loma Court – it’s listed at $225,000 and is in North Oak Cliff – biking distance to cool shopping/restaurant area – Bishop Arts District. 634 Tenna Loma was built in 1940, has 2 beds, 1 bath, updated kitchen and killer dark wood floors.
15 minute walk from Tenna Loma Court is this adorable Co-op farm store Urban Acres – they carry local honey!
